ASDA Credit Card - unable to log in ?

Been trying on both the PC and mobile to log in to our usual Asda CC account, but each time after entering and accepting our email and password it says " theres an error, try again in 5 mins"
What is noticable , there is a little CloudFlare banner which has not been there before.
Help is not much help of its mainly once you hae logged in, and the telephone help closes at 5.30pm !
Anyone else having this problem ?

but seem sure they were not there last week when we logged in ok

Cloudflare is just a protection service that stops people flooding servers with login attempts etc

Spoke to their help line this morning, seems the error message was because it would not accept our password ( used ok for 2 years ?! ). Don't know why the Error message did not say Log in Details incorrect ?They said just reset the password, though a bit concerned as to how or why it had been changed, no explanation forthcoming.?Still, it does now seem to log on ok.0

I've been having problems for a couple of months! First it was not recognising me clicking 'I am not a robot' which stopped me going any further. Yesterday it let me onto the site, but as soon as I tried to add anything to my basket it said 'Sorry, you have been blocked' and advised me to contact the site owner, which I have just done. Got nowhere because as soon as I explained the fault I was immediately cut off!. Using another browser, I have no problems as there is no Cloudflare. After 4 years of shopping with Asda I might go elsewhere as I don't want to keep having to swap browsers.0
