Missing parcel

I ordered a parcel from sports direct . Due to being poorly and suffering a heart attack followed by a third nerve palsy, I forgot about it. It wasn’t until the Fraser group contacted me. I explained I hadn’t received it. I assumed they were dealing with it. They contacted me again, I explained everything and they said I needed to contact sports direct. Which I did. But it was too late to tell them I hadn’t  received it. I explained I’d been poorly and the last thing on my mind was what I had ordered. They asked me to fill in a form to say I hadn’t received it. Now they are saying it was delivered and they can’t do anything as I did T report it within a month. Is there anything I can do as I still owe the full amount of money to the Fraser group. Sports direct are saying there decision is final

Could you give us a little more information please?
    1. When did all this happen (dates if possible)?
    2. What was in the parcel and how much did each item cost?
    3. Why did the Fraser Group contact you? Was it because there had been some kind of problem with delivery?
    4. How did you pay for the stuff in the parcel?

What evidence do they have (or claim to have) that it was delivered?
