Sorry I realise this is an old thread but I couldn't find a more recent one.
My current timeline -
Applied to Nationwide through a broker.
26th March - DIP & soft credit search - submitted bank statements, payslips and ID. Received 'product reserved' text from Nationwide.
27th March - Full application submitted & hard credit check. Received 'application received' text.
30th March - Submitted cash ISA statements for proof of deposit.
31st March - Soft credit search.
2nd April - Broker confirmed application with the underwriters for full assessment.
8th April - Broker requested home report.
9th April - Broker confirmed home report sent to Nationwide.
Guess now it's just a waiting game!
Hoping I'm in the home stretch since credit checks have already been completed.
