MSC cruise offer .

Hi
We were on the MSC world cruise which suffered numerous issues during the trip to the point whereby over 900 passengers signed a petition regarding the issues.
Ok, so after much forcing by the passengers during the cruise MSC sent everyone a letter stating: "We are delighted to offer you a future cruse credit equal to 10% of what you paid for the first leg of your cruise"
Since this was sent we have been trying to get MSC to honour their end of the offer but we have now received another letter with numerous T&C's including when you must use this credit by and how long the cruise length can be etc etc
These additional non disclosed or alluded to clauses found in the subsequent letter work heavily against us to the point whereby the initial 10% offer becomes useless.
I feel this is a breach of contract (if the original letter is a contract??) and misleading and misrepresentation of the offer.?
Can someone comment if the first letter is legally binding and the second letter therefore becomes void?
I (like many many other passengers) have opened an ABTA case into the cruise and if people feel I should just reject the new offer and proceed with ABTA instead
Many thanks

If you have home insurance, and have legal expenses cover, you can ask these questions via the legal helpline provided by your insurer. They will give you advice on how to resolve this problem. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

Both letters are merely an offer, no contract exists. Have you had any refund at all, or is it all future cruise credit?2

Future cruise credit only0

But are the offers misleading?0

Did you hear back from them yet? We’re also considering MSC Cruises for our next vacation and would love to know more about this company. I’m curious to hear about any experiences or recommendations you might have. On a related note, I’m really glad that https://www.topessaywriting.org/write-my-thesis is able to assist my husband with his studies. Their support means that we can fully enjoy our vacation without the stress of books and papers hanging over us. It’s such a relief to know that his academic responsibilities are being taken care of, allowing us both to relax and make the most of our time away.0
