Vodafone broadband keeps dropping

Options
Moved broadband from BT because we are light users and were paying 60+ but signal was reliable.
Chose Vodafone after looking for deals on martins money comparison. Signal continues to drop since installed. Watching TV buffering every night driving us mad. A booster was installed but it kept loosing connection. Reset after reset of booster and router, now the reconnect after dropping is a little quicker, its still so irritating.  Anyway no resolution as they keep blaming an open reach issue. What to do?

Are you on full fibre or is your broadband over the phone line?

    What, exactly, is dropping?

The incoming connection or the connection between your router and devices?

Do ethernet connections drop or is it just WiFi connections?

Identifying where the problem lies will determine where the fix needs to be applied.

Is the TV plugged into the router or does it rely on wifi?
