Time to change away from Barclaycard?

I have a Freedom Rewards Barclaycard, (used to be a Goldfish Card that Barclays took over many years ago) and have collected the points and used them to purchase items over the years. I pay off my card by direct debit every month and the amount is usually in the few hundred pounds region.
However, Barclays now tell me that from this month the Freedom Rewards Card is becoming obsolete and I will get a new card and will no longer be able to collect points.
The MSE site has information every time I get an email about transferring credit, best rates etc but these are not relevant to me as I pay off my card in full and the only thing I am interested in is getting money or points to spend back from my credit card spend.
Any suggestions who I might consider switching to?

There are plenty of cards that pay cashback or points which can be used at supermarkets or for flights. Amex is probably the first port of call, but there are others. See the following:

They changed me from freedom rewards to a barclaycard reward card.
This card gives me 0.25% back when i spend on it.
No points to collect.
Plus no fees when i use the card abroad.
I think you should have been offered this as well, did you decline it?0 -
https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/best-credit-card-rewards/ has some info on rewards cards
AIUI The replacement (Barclaycard Rewards card) will pay 0.25% cashback rather than points you redeemed for vouchers. Plus there are cashback offers from selected retailers (I never use) if you register for them.
Rewards credit cards are rarer than hens teeth at the moment and Amex are not accepted everywhere if tempted by those.

They changed me from a Barclaycard Freedom Rewards to a Barclaycard Freedom Cashback (0.25%) card. Had several emails explaining it all. Haven't they offered an alternative card?0
