Problems with Zopa

Hi all.
I am suddenly having problems with Zopa, both on the app and desktop.
I need to move some money from my saver account to pay bills and the withdraw button on the app doesn't work. All other buttons are ok.
On the desktop I get a message saying I am not able to withdraw and I should contact their support.
I contact support and got through to someone called Cody (apparently) and he is so slow replying.
Have I been scammed

The 'withdraw' button on the app works for me. Do you have a nominated account set up correctly - one that they've approved and have you used it successfully in the past ? Do you definitely have an 'access' pot you can withdraw from ?
Access to the Smart Saver is limited via online banking, but I do have the option to withdraw there too.
To check your nominated account is set up, open your Smart Savings Hub in the app, click Manage and then Linked Accounts - you should have your nominated bank account listed.0 -

Thanks everyone. It took me the whole day to sort this out. I am a relatively new customer and so it was a shock.
I spoke to their chat function but the person was dealing with a few other inquiries at the same time. He couldn't sort it out so I spent over an hour on the phone before speaking to someone on a really bad line. She took a lot of information and put me on hold for ages. Her explanation was that sometimes accounts are locked for security reasons and asked me to try again later.
I tried again late last night and suddenly all was fine. It just put me through a lot of stress and I still don't have an explanation of what the problem was.1 -
Just one thought, you don't happen to use a VPN or are currently abroad perhaps? I recall having issues with Zopa in those circumstances.0
