Up until today I've played planet rock through my two alexas no problems....
Today it's not working and says "not available at this time"....
Have turned them on and off again, wifi is working....
Any ideas?

Try saying "Alexa play planet rock from (whoever own the station)"
I have to say "Play Radio X from Global" now to get it to play Radio X.0 -
Thanks, no joy with that.It was working this morning weirdly.{Signature removed by Forum Team}0

Yeah, me too!
I guess it's all to do with their new 'Rayo' app.
It was working earlier, but I'm a premium member and I was getting adverts.
Their web page disappeared a little while ago as well, it's back now but re-directs to https://hellorayo.co.uk/planet-rock/
I'm having to put up with "Absolute classic rock" at the moment.
Hopefully they'll get it sorted before long.

Yes, alanwsg is correct....This may also help Link your Rayo account to your Alexa via the Alexa App – Planet RadioDrinking Rum before 10am makes you

Seems to have rectified itself.

Can’t help with the problem but good choice on the station 🎸🤘1

Yeah - working again this morning, and those adverts have gone!
I had to uninstall the Planet rock app & install the Rayo app instead.
Then disable and re-link the Rayo skill.
It's "Alexa, ask rayo if I am account linked" if you want to know if you're account is linked properly

PR and other bauer stations had a service issue on that date, e.g. absolute radio.
This happens from time to time.
If it happens again, go to the PR website and click on the menu for each page and you'll see 404 errors on various pages, so whatever technical issue they had seems to affect several systems.
I find that using the Tune in radio app will still work (as will dab) but that'd probably no use To you, if you're using Alexa1
