Yes you should keep it . No doubt you will keep playing so why not . Sometimes you have to treat yourself. And I am sure you will give it all back in time .1

Spend it !
On things you enjoy, from your local charity shops !
You could also visit your local charity shops and tell the volunteer staff, here's £10 each, on the basis they spend it in the shop, they work hard for nothing.
Keep the rest.2 -
Or having a laugh.0

Of course you should keep it. There’s no point in playing a charity lottery if you don’t feel right keeping it.3

If it doesn't feel right, give some of it back - a few options:
- buy the holiday / treat you fancy and give the rest back
- give half back
- keep what you paid into the lottery so you're back to net 0 and donate the rest back
- use it to do something nice for friends or relatives who don't have the extra disposable income

I don’t get it. How is this even a dilemma? You do the lotteries rather than direct debits because you like the thrill of possibly winning, but when you do win you want to give it back??? Don’t do the lottery if you don’t want to win! If you feel “guilty” then you could give it to me as I literally have no money, being disabled and in huge debt. Do you feel guilty about this? Some people are just lucky but still feel the need to moan/complain about the situation. I wish I could have this “problem”. Not a dilemma really, is it?3

You clearly are a lovely person and do lots to contribute regularly. So enjoy your winnings guilt-free - if you hadn't won, some nasty person might have got the money.
If it still doesn't sit right, buy twice the normal number of tickets for a couple of months. Congratulations and have a wonderful holiday.1 -
Like most of these money dilemmas, the time to think it through was before signing up. If you think you would feel uncomfortable about winning money from a charity, don't sign up for a charity lottery. That's doesn't help you now, but no one really can help you because it's a personal moral decision.

I would keep the money I’d won, share it with my family, everyone has a little treat then. You won the money fairly, don’t feel guilty, charities do ok, you believe me.0

Yes. You are over-thinking this.1
