Plum lock out of account

I have had a plum savings investment app for approx. 3 years, nothing fancy, just a few pounds here and there. Last week the plum account would not accept my pin code on my phone to log in and I have tried everything to try and get back into my account but nothing works. You can't chat to Plum as you need to be in your account and I've sent any email to them but they have not responded. Can anyone help?

    Have you tried PIN reset? https://help.withplum.com/en/articles/4582786-i-forgot-my-pin

    Otherwise suspect you are stuck waiting for a response.

  • I've tried to get to PIN reset but it won't allow me to get to that screen, I'm stuck with login or register.  Login gets me nowhere, it doesn't recognize anything I put in.

  • I’m the same. Locked out, won’t accept my email or phone number to begin the login process, intermittent replies to their help email address. Glad I’m not the only one who can’t login!
  • Same! I thought I was going crazy and just forgetting my PIN. I am in touch with them via email but they’ve just suggested the obvious things to do so far. They did manage to get my email accepted for the login (which was also not working previously).

    They have done the same for me now, too.
