Plum lock out of account

I have had a plum savings investment app for approx. 3 years, nothing fancy, just a few pounds here and there. Last week the plum account would not accept my pin code on my phone to log in and I have tried everything to try and get back into my account but nothing works. You can't chat to Plum as you need to be in your account and I've sent any email to them but they have not responded. Can anyone help?

I've tried to get to PIN reset but it won't allow me to get to that screen, I'm stuck with login or register. Login gets me nowhere, it doesn't recognize anything I put in.0
