Euro Savings Account - Options?

Close to exchanging contracts on the sale of an Italian property. On their equivalent of exchange I get paid €50k with completion set for 30th November.

So I'd like to put the money on deposit, but don't want to exchange to Sterling just in case something goes wrong.

Can anyone suggest where I can park this money safely and get some interest?

I have a Starling Euro account

Thanks

I doubt that you'll find any UK interest bearing account for euros. In the Channel Islands / IoM you can find, for example Santander Jersey 1yr fixed pays 3%.
Do you still have accounts in Italy or elsewhere in eurozone, or a residential address in order to open one? Some pay interest even on current accounts, such as Fineco, BBVA (IT) - 3-4%>

Investec has or used to have euro savings accounts. You can look at banks in the Channel Islands e.g., Lloyds International.

Other options would be Wise "interest", but this would be in a Blackrock money market type fund, and Trading212, a stockbroker, which may be in banks or may be in money market funds.

Thanks for the suggestions.  Unfortunately all the Italian banks I've looked at want min 1yr term and I only want max 6 months

If you can install the BBVA (Italy) app, have verifiable residential address and codice fiscale you can open their current account. It pays 4% interest, minus tax, paid monthly. La durata è fino al 31/01/2025.
