Tax Free Childcare - What happens at age 11 from Sept?

Hello all
We have 2 children, one of which recently turned 11 and will start high school this year.  According to the TFC criteria, falls out of being eligible for the 20% top up from September.

The other child is 9 and has 2 more years left before falling out of the eligibility criteria.

I can't find any documentation as to what will happen from Sept however?

I have read that any remaining balance will have 20% gov top up removed once he ceases to be eligible, but I have also read conflicting that as long as we have 1 eligible child, both can continue to claim the 20% (although seems unlikely!)

I plan to clear down the eldest's account once we have finalised all of the summer holiday childcare to leave a nil balance regardless, but would be interested to know from others and their experience!

Ta!
