Not sure on what to do

I've been a home owner since 1980s. Never made a claim own residence. One claim for rental in 2006. 2nd rental has a block policy, excess is 400 (off the top of my head) - water damage from flat above in this flat. To me, it looks not too bad but letting agent thinks should put in a claim as high moisture levels on wall backing bathroom tiles (get to this through bedroom cupboard). Ceiling in bathroom needs redone. I've been advised to get it done properly, tiles need to come off, dry out wall and redo wall + ceiling + tiles. I spent a lot on doing this one up as I just bought it last year.
If I put in a claim (through letting agent's loss adjuster), how much as a guestimate, would my premium go up by, in my own property (premium = £340) and first rental (premium = £1k)? I hope someone in the know can help.

It shouldn't impact the other two policies... Landlord insurance is a form of Commercial Property Insurance, Block of Flats insurance too.

Home insurance asks about prior Home claims and therefore doesn't require declaration about Commercial Property insurance. Landlord and Block insurance tends to ask about prior claims to the buildings to be covered on that particular policy rather than your whole portfolio and so as yours are separate its not declarable.

Ultimately check for yourself using dummy data with the insurers or aggregators you use to double check their own questions.
