Hi, I’m a bit late but can I reclaim overdrawn charges from HSBC going back to 2000 or have I missed this? Thanks

You are very late. The banks won the court case on charges back in 2009.2babyboys said:Hi, I’m a bit late but can I reclaim overdrawn charges from HSBC going back to 2000 or have I missed this? Thanks
Nowadays, you can only complain about current financial hardship cases (where they may consider recent and current charges) or incorrect application of charges.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
