Good evening, I'm a good way through selling my property and purchasing another. The above mentioned form, detailing what's being left at the property and what's being taken, at which point in the proceedings should I see the document completed by the vendor of the property I'm buying please?

A copy should have been provided by the seller's solicitors with the contract pack. If your solicitor hasn't sent it to you yet then ask them to do so.1

Yes, I thought I should have received it by now. Ex husband's property is exchanging fairly imminently I believe, and he received the TA10 form a few weeks back. So how close to exchange is the form normally sent to the buyer please?0

It's often sent quite early in the process so not close to exchange at all.1 -
Ah! Just had an email from Conveyancer, it's been send in a pack with other documents via Royal Mail and she expects I should receive today. :-)
