It may not be possible to do a month's shopping because there's a lack of fresh fruit & veg. Certainly great for lunches though with nuts, pork snacks, sardines, mackerel and salmon.

The results are in.
Using discount food stores as well as offers elsewhere saved money on RRPs and cut down the size of supermarket deliveries.
Besides the savings from offers, buying less food from supermarkets saved £171 which will be allocated for Christmas.
Wackiest offer was House of Commons pickled red cabbage with apple 550g reduced from £7 to 3.50
