Hi
I would appreciate any advice in August 2022 I purchased a 2021 43" The Frame Art Mode QLED TV from Very. At the time I was recovering from an accident and I forgot to extend the Warranty with Samsung.
Today the TV has a think black line though the centre. I contacted Samsung and they said I will have to pay for a repair because I only had 12 months warranty.

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice before I organise a repair.
Thank you for your time.

You can pursue the retailer (rather than the manufacturer) under the Consumer Rights Act, but would need an engineer report to verify that the fault is a latent one relating to a manufacturing flaw that would have been present at the time of purchase.0
