Setting a precedent of not collecting debts because some people think it's a bit expensive is dangerous. What happens when something needs doing if some of the 11 get behind again - are you going to be willing to chase them for that? After all, you're telling them they don't need to pay this time, so why should they pay next time?2 -
The company that was running it for us was charging 388 per anum which was mostley admin charges acount fees and libility insurance we can do it for 30 pounds each per anum don't think many will default on this but thanks1

Sounds like you've looked at the numbers though, so I'm sure you've thought of those things.2 -
I'd be astonished if your buildings insurance was as little as 11 x £30 a year.0

Yea there is only one flat the rest are houses they get there own insurance I get it for the flat and billed beween us0
