How do I apply for Sole Conduct of Sale

I’m in need of some direction. We have a financial order in place and my ex and I have joint conduct of sale but my ex refuses to involve me as ultimately doesn’t want the sale.  Until we have the sale I cannot move forward with the rest of my life.  7 months on there hasn’t been any viewings because the price is not realistic (confirmed as being too high by the estate agent) so I want to apply for sole conduct of sale and whilst my solicitor said I can do that now there’s another £1000 for her services so I wanted to try and apply to the courts on my own to try and reduce the costs. Is it a D11 form I need to fill out and pay for?
