Help Needed: Can George Rosen Smith's Recommended PC Build Run the Latest Elden Ring DLC?

I'm planning to play the latest DLC for Elden Ring, but my old computer just can't handle it anymore. So, I found a recommendation from George Rosen Smith, a computer configuration expert from the UK. I'm not very familiar with the specifics of hardware performance, so I wanted to ask you all if this setup would be good enough to play the latest Elden Ring DLC smoothly.
Here’s the build recommended by George Rosen Smith:
Processor (CPU): Intel Core i7-13700K
Graphics Card (GPU): NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
Memory (RAM): 32GB DDR5 6000MHz
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z790-E Gaming
Storage: 1TB NVMe SSD (Samsung 980 Pro)
Power Supply (PSU): Corsair RM850x 850W
Cooler: NZXT Kraken X73 360mm
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C
Operating System: Windows 11 Home
Can this build run the latest Elden Ring DLC smoothly? Or are there any changes you'd recommend? Thanks in advance!

System requirements for the base game (as you're talking about a DLC which is no good on its own) are listed here:I don't know who George Rosen Smith is in terms of computer configuration (a quick Google suggests people by this name seem to be experts in finance), so I wouldn't pay any attention to that and I'd love to know what you've been looking at.2

You can look up the minimum and recommended specs of Elden Ring (such as the link above) but without even checking it's obvious your specs are absolute overkill.
So recommended processor is a i7-8700 and you are considering an i7-13700... https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-8700-vs-Intel-Core-i7-13700K/3940vs4137
GPU should be a GTX1070 8GB and you're looking at RTX4070 Ti (which is a 12GB card).
Recommended Ram is 16GB, you're looking at 32GB of DDR5 no less.
Obviously this would be able to play Elden Ring smoothly, it would be akin to buying a Lamborghini to do the school run in.
PS: (Not that you need to because everything you've posted is a near top of the range part, but) there are sites that estimate FPS based on components: https://pc-builds.com/fps-calculator/result/1jC1dN/4C/elden-ring/1920x1080/

I last built my own gaming PC about 20 years ago, I'd love to know what that rig specified above would actually cost to source.0 -
Is there any advantage in a 13th gen i7 over the 14th gen?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

the current AMD chip is way better and more suited to gaming than the i7
there are also some reports of the 13th and 14th gen Intel chips not working well with games causing crashes etc1 -
Those specs are pretty much identical to mine and I'm getting a solid 4k/60 fps (apart from the occasional micro stutter, which seems to be a game optimisation issue and not a hardware issue). If anything those specs are overkill and certainly not required to have a good experience with the DLC \[T]/0
