Help Needed: Can George Rosen Smith's Recommended PC Build Run the Latest Elden Ring DLC?

I'm planning to play the latest DLC for Elden Ring, but my old computer just can't handle it anymore. So, I found a recommendation from George Rosen Smith, a computer configuration expert from the UK. I'm not very familiar with the specifics of hardware performance, so I wanted to ask you all if this setup would be good…

I'd swap the AIO cooler for an air cooler like a Peerless Assassin, and use the money saved to up the SSD from 1TB to 2TB.
Get Win 11 Pro not home.
Get 64GB of memory (2x32GB) sticks if you can, the 13th gen don't like 4 sticks, so you will have to replace the 32GB to upgrade.

Other than that, it would make a nice system.

(I'd find the 4 SATA ports restrictive and would have gone for the ROG Maximus Hero to stick with ASUS tbh)

I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

(except air quality and Medical Science )
