Faulty car entertainment system possible to reject on finance?

I bought a brand new car on finance at the end of October 2023. The entertainment screen in the middle of the dash used for radio/sat nav etc gets stuck in a reboot loop. This can last upto 30mins which is a full journey and makes the radio, sat nav and phone functions unusable.
The car has been into the local dealer twice in December and February yet the fault still persists.
Am I entitled to reject this car to the finance company? If so is this an easy process? I have sent them an email but expect to be fobbed off.
The finance company is Seat financial services part of Volkswagen finance.

I would think it highly unlikely that you would be able to reject the car on the basis that the entertainment system isn't working correctly. What is the make and model and have you looked to see if there have been any other similar complaints?

Problems with VW screens are very well documented. They use buyers as Beta testers.0

What would be the tipping point of faulty components?

A 1 hour drive with no satnav or music would be a stressful drive for me!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

If it is under £30,000 then your rights are the same with the finance company as they are with the dealership and you can choose which you deal with. If it's over £30,000 and under £60,260 then your rights against the finance company only crystallise after you've failed to get the dealership to deal with it.
Generally its easier to deal with the company you bought from than the Finance company... so if you think you've right to reject (which sounds like you do under the CRA) what have the dealership said since you told them you are rejecting the car?
Note that if you are attempting to reject it the continued use of it can be problematic.0 -
