Approximate cost for underfloor heating

Hello

i am looking to get underfloor heating in my en suite bathroom, it’s a small bathroom just 2.02m by 2.14. Can anyone give me a rough indication as to how much this would cost? Also I am going to have the floor tiles replaced and ideally have the tiler do the tiling and underfloor heating - can most tilers do both or will I need to get two workmen in?

thanks

Maybe for a small bathroom it isn’t significant, but for a large kitchen we were advised to consider running costs as well as installation costs. If you go for electric UFH the cost will be far more than having wet UFH fuelled by your boiler.

Bear in mind that underfloor heating will raise the floor level so door etc will have to be trimmed.  Some tilers may understand installation of underfloor heating, but electric heating would still have to be done by a qualified electrician, or at least signed off by one.
