Get gmail password from HUAWEI phone?

My daughter has a HUAWEI phone that has her Gmail account on it that was set up by her partner who passed away.

She has been able to use her email account on her HUAWEI phone as it has the password remembered but the phone is needing replaced as the battery is no longer holding it's charge and the screen is scratched so she has bought a new android phone.

However she does not remember the password to her Gmail account, her partner set it up for her and she cannot access the forgotten password details.

How can she view her Gmail password on the HUAWEI phone?

IF your daughter was using the Chrome browser on the phone and IF she had chosen to use the Google Password Manager then the passwords saved there can be listed.

@Vitor is correct , that’s what you need to do is recover her account because you don’t know the password.

Sorry for her loss.

As people have stated, make sure the account recovery is set up and then use that to set a new password that you will know and can use on all devices. You aren't going to retrieve the current password unless it is in a password manager such as one in a browser.

At the end of the day you need a known password to be used on the new device, doesn't matter if it is new or the current one really.
