Card for monthly spends

I’m bad with money and spending 

I have a Santander 123 and x1 credit card for £4500 owed with no interest 

I want a card to transfer the money I has to spend to each month that I can use so I can budget and it isn’t mixed into my 123 

what do you reccomend ?

If you're keeping the 123 (and paying its monthly fee) then you might as well be benefitting from its cashback on bills, so you could open another current account to pay your income into and transfer from there into your 123, rather than doing something the other way round?  Or change it to an Edge account if that works out better?

Do you mean expenses other than bills? 

There are plenty of accounts around which you can use to transfer a set amount each month for food, fuel etc away from your main account such as Chase and Monzo
