New built moved in 2 years, No deeds! Can I sell?

We moved into the brand new/new built for 2 years already.
The title deeds is still under the Developer name : Countryside, which is the well known one.
I keep following up with the conveyancer.
The Conveyancer keep suggesting that they got TP1 from seller and already submitted everything to HM Land Registry. HM Land Registry is still processing this for 2 years!
Could anyone please suggest similar experiences?
Was this delay because HM Land Registry has so many works for this much delay?
Or the delay because the Developer does not submit the drawings of the land boundary due to the nature of new built? What can I do?
Would this deter me from selling property?
Anything I can do to expedite the process?
Thank you very much.

I assume you saw the TP1 and associated Plan and agreed/approved it yes?And your conveyancers says it has been submitted to the LR.Yes the LR has backlogs, and new builds always take more time than existing titles, but if you have a sale being held up by this, your conveyancer can ask the LR to expedite the registration (or indeed if you are trying to mortgage/remortgage the property).1

You do have deeds, they just happen to still being processed by the LR. This is normal. Are you actually wanting to sell?1

I just paid £3 to see on the website. The developer's name is still on it.
Yes, we are looking to sell the property this winter.
Without deeds with my name on, would this be an obstacle or cause inconvenience is selling?
What can I do to expedite with HM Land Registry? Thank you.0 -
When you actually have a transaction on the go, you (or your solicitor) can ask HMLR to expedite. It's not a big deal.1

There is a thread entitled Land Registry Questions which is answered by a LR representative. You could post on there.0

It’s not a big deal but I can’t see it being resolved quickly unless everyone involved is on the ball. Companies take an age to reply to things, even if it’s their job. It’s a shame you have to wait for a transaction for them to expedite it as it can add a few months onto the moving process0

Expedited work gets done extremely quickly. It would not be adding a few months onto the process.Millsandovis said:It’s not a big deal but I can’t see it being resolved quickly unless everyone involved is on the ball. Why is it a shame that your case doesn't get prioritised above anyone else's without an actual reason for it?1 -
Hence why I said if everyone is on the ball. If they’re not, as seems to be the case if it’s still not sorted 2 years after moving in, then I think it’s fair to say he may face delays in getting the company to sort it quickly during a move. All it takes is someone not wanting to put their name to a mistake or a change of solicitors for example and there will be a delay.BarelySentientAI said:

You're inventing problems that don't exist.Millsandovis said:

Don't worry about it.0 -
Was told similar 2 months ago and that was wrong then as well. Also waited 18 months on another separate issue for a company to sort out their own mistake.BarelySentientAI said:

Don't worry about it.You’re putting too much faith in people. OP has already mentioned there’s a possible boundary issue with the LR plan. There’s nothing wrong with being prepared and getting ahead of things. That’s why some moves take 9+ months to sort0
