People are still expecting Amazon service and rarely ever bother reading despatch times at all. To make it worse whatever happens it will always be the sellers fault and there's nothing we can do about it.red_boots2 said:Had a really frustrating one over the weekend. Sold a parcel at 5pm Friday evening, posted it with Yodel 2-3 day delivery as stated in the description at 5:36pm. For some reason after posting eBay updated the delivery estimate to Saturday 27th! I have had the frustration of being marked down for late delivery when it was sold on a Sunday (14th July) Picked up on 15th and delivered on 19th. I requested that the ` late ` was removed and got this patronising response about how I need to make sure it`s tracked etc...always done. It just makes me cross.
