Barclays 0% Spending Credit Card stuck on loading screen

I have been stuck ont this loading screen for 40 minutes now. Is this nornal?

hmm, 40 minutes you say. I used to work in software and we used to have a rule that you shouldn't let the user get bored. That's why we invented those spinny wheels and egg timer things to give us something to look at. 40 minute though you say. I don't know really. Give it 5 more minutes see if anything changes.

Well.. in the end it just bugged out and I got an error message to say "Sorry something went wrong. We are working hard to fix this. Your credit file has not been **somethingsomething**" can't remember the exact words!
