You can pay someone to do it - lots of smart repair companies around. Depends on the car. If it was mine, I'd give it a wash and clean up and see what the damage is. If it's just surface scratches, I might try a T cut and polish. I think the main thing is to make sure they aren't deep scratches that go right through the paint.
If your car is higher value, I'd go down the pro route.1 -
