That's not to say you'll ever manage to contact them or even have your issue referred to them. I spent months being told absolute nonsense by customer support. A mixture of blatantly incorrect assertions about how smart work, and insistence the the issue must due to poor WAN. Only by chance after i posted a rant on Facebook did someone mention there's a known issue with our model meter, with a known easy fix.On the contrary, there are decent smart meter teams at most of the larger suppliers.1
