1. The prize draw is not open to Saga employees, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. This prize draw excludes customers from Northern Ireland. Please note, the lead passenger must be over the age of 50. Travelling partner must be over the age of 40.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. All entries must be submitted via www.saga.co.uk/win-a-cruise. Only one entry per customer is permitted.
4. The opening date for entries is from 9am, Tuesday June 25, 2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 9am, Wednesday July 31, 2024. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. The winner will be chosen by random draw on Friday August 2, 2024.
7. The winner will receive:
   • A standard twin cabin on Spirit of Discovery’s 14-night ‘Discover the Canary Islands’ cruise, departing Portsmouth December 5, 2024. The cabin can be twin or double bed, with private balcony for 2 persons to share. The lead passenger must be over the age of 50. Travelling partner must be over the age of 40.
   • All meals on board, including 24-hour room service.
   • All-inclusive drinks and entertainment and activities.
   • All ports taxes and visas.
   Both passengers must have a current valid passport and a permanent UK address. Travel insurance not included. Please note the departure date for this cruise is the December 5, 2024 and this date is FIXED and cannot be changed to another date. All drinks, except any free drinks that are included as part of the cruise package, and any other additional expenses will need to be paid for by the winner. All passengers must be adequately insured, optional travel insurance is not included. Our UK travel service to and from the port is not included. Non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and is subject to Saga’s standard booking conditions.
