Workplace online collections services (like viing)

Not sure if this is the correct board, budgetting and bank accounts seemed like the closest but please move if there is a better one.
Is anyone aware of any other services that are suitable for a workplace online collection for colleagues who are leaving/retiring etc. Cash collections don't work anymore as folk often don't have cash. I have used viing very successfully in the past, which is exactly the service I am after, but they have upped their cash-out fee to 5%.
Just wondered if anyone was aware of other similar services with lower fees, other than the obvious bank transfer.
Thanks!

Hiya Stuart, we've been using Viing for years and found them to be the best tbh and worth every penny. I found that a lot of similar websites are quite sneaky and charge at point of contribution as well as at the end.1

Thanks @Helen8012 , that's the conclusion I have come to having used viing quite a lot before like you.
If some wants to chip in a fiver, they want to chip in a fiver, not £5.32. Those sites that add fees to contributions can all get in the bin.
The whipround service from Lifestyle Rewards seems similar, but the problem there is whilst it is totally fee-free and has a vast bigger range of retailers to get a gift card for, these gift cards have to be bought in set amounts such as £10 from the lifestyle voucher balance. Our whiprounds don't always end up in such round amounts.

I think viing wins.0 -
In recent times with us, we've either paid in cash, or sent money to the person collecting as a friends and family payment in PayPal, which doesn't attract any fees at all.0

agree - also, worth noting that Viing only charges for bank transfers and is free to spend on everything else, evouchers and gifts etc. Lifestyle vouchers are a pain in the !!!!!! to actually spend.0
