    Hi there,
Minimoneysaver, I was wondering about this. First trip to States last September and entered NY under the visa waiver scheme. Stayed for a week and then flew up to Toronto for a week before heading home. Unfortunately, the green stub was not removed from either of our passports before leaving the states and we didn't notice till we were leaving Canada. A bit concerned it might cause problems when we try to go back. Did keep my boarding pass from the flight from NY to Toronto. Any advice guys?

See if you can contact either the US embassy or the airline that you used for that trip. Or just visit another country next holiday: the USA is hardly the only attractive destination in the world.

The US Embassy will not be able to help in any way other than to tell you to write to the agency that processes visa waiver stubs:

    http://www.usembassy.org.uk/dhs/cbp/i94.html

tells you exactly what to do, both if you still have the stub and if you don't, to get your departure registered officially

my mum needed a visa, after paying online, it was questions like where you staying etc. so its trivcky whether you wish to book now
also i think if paying today you will get an interview in like 3 weeks ...

one you get the visa, it just plain sailing as my mum got asked no questions.

I have been to Vegas and Indiana and only needed to fill out the Green form on the plane.
    Just ask your travel agent.

A fellow Moneysaver who has been to my home state!!! (I am from Indiana but live in England now.) Can I ask what took you there? It is not exactly a hot vacation destination, although as a proud Hoosier I would highly recommend it. Especially if you're into corn. Or soybeans.

Also, my husband got his passport roundabout 2004 and travels to the US w/out a visa.
  • Hi Chia, I met a few people when I went to vegas and we became good friends, they invited me over to Indiana and I had a great time. your right about the corn! I stayed in the town Frankfurt, nice place. i then drove down to chicago and then ended up on Donald trumps casino boat, recommend to everyone. While in Indiana I went to the Purdu football game and the sirens went off for a tornado!!
