Received today in response to my query on taking a wrong turn 

Hi Clive,

 

Thank you for contacting NCP Customer Services.

 

First, please be advised that we have a 90 seconds grace period however if you went over the grace period then payment needs to be process even thou you only mistakenly drove thru.

 

I have confirmed the system and shows that you are within the grace period so no need to pay for the first visit.

Rest assured as well that you will not receive any fine.

 

If you need further assistance, let us know.

What query are you talking about? If this relates to a previous thread of yours, then use that thread. Starting a new one with no context is not only confusing, it's contrary to the forum rules.

Useful to know it's a poxy (utterly unfair trap) 90 seconds. Thanks.

Next time don't ask. That risked telling them who was driving!  Bad idea.

Next time: Just wait for a PCN then appeal it using the 100% winning words in the Heathrow Gatwick Airport Drop iff Group Thread.
