Received today in response to my query on taking a wrong turn
Hi Clive,
Hi Clive,
Thank you for contacting NCP Customer Services.
First, please be advised that we have a 90 seconds grace period however if you went over the grace period then payment needs to be process even thou you only mistakenly drove thru.
I have confirmed the system and shows that you are within the grace period so no need to pay for the first visit.
Rest assured as well that you will not receive any fine.
If you need further assistance, let us know.
Kind Regards
May

What query are you talking about? If this relates to a previous thread of yours, then use that thread. Starting a new one with no context is not only confusing, it's contrary to the forum rules.0

I suspect that the query was with NCPYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Next time don't ask. That risked telling them who was driving! Bad idea.
Next time: Just wait for a PCN then appeal it using the 100% winning words in the Heathrow Gatwick Airport Drop iff Group Thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
