Got a ticket but there's no signs.

Went to go look at a car I wanted to buy and when I came back a yellow sticker was on my car. I was like 😒
Streetview - 23 Harrowbrook Rd https://maps.app.goo.gl/kzrdEEgCnMmCFXSe6?g_st=ac
Taking it off, I looked at the reason and was like "!!!!!!. There's no prescribed hours signs." to make sure I drove up and down the road twice going slowly but the only signs I saw was one that said cctv and another that said "no parking" on the gate outside this business which I wasn't parked outside. But there were three (or more I think) cars parked in front of that sign and only mine and the one in front got the tickets. 😒
There were also lots of cars parked fully on the pavement but with no tickets on them.

Yes you are going to have to tell us where exactly you were parked there.1

Councils can now enforce these offences. Our council have a car with a camera mounted on the roof . Have a field day.born_again said:Double yellow line?0 -
prescribed hours can just been all hours in the case of double yellow lines, I would pay the half price while you can0

Don't think that's a good idea. Do you always pay any invoice without question?leonj said:prescribed hours can just been all hours in the case of double yellow lines, I would pay the half price while you can
If I were to send you a bill for £100 for having to go to the trouble of reading your posts, would you pay it?
Of course not.
But if I then offer a discount to £50 would that get you interested?1 -

Note these are not invoices, issued by the normal parking rouges. Councils issue (PCN) fines.KeithP said:
