Hi all. I've been keeping an eye on the battery sector since my panels were installed 8.5 years ago and they have yet to convince me of their fiscal benefit. However PW3 is now with us and GiveEnergy have a much cheaper alternative. I would be very grateful for evidence based comments on the comparison between the two solutions before deciding on what to do, with do nothing again (at this stage) still remaining an option. Thanks in advance.

Have a check on EVM on u-tube.
He has this system & did a video on why he went for it.
He now does now work for GiveEnergy, as a content creator but had this installed long before then.Life in the slow lane0 -
Not really answering your question, but could I suggest you also check out PowerVault? Not sure how prices compare but I can vouch for their customer service and support which is superb. They also have an excellent web portal so you can see what it's doing, and support an increasing range of smart tariffs so you can optimise it's use. They're UK based so have a good understanding of the UK energy market which allows them to quickly offer options to support things like the National Grid demand flexibility service.

(I have no financial interest, I'm just a happy customer)0
