how to reach Booking.com representative

I haven't been directly out of pocket, but it something odd has happened: on my booking.com account there are two bookings made by person I have never heard off, based on his name I am guessing he is from Georgia (the country, not the state). One booking is in Trieste in the end of May/ beginning of June and another one was in Vienna in the middle of June. The first booking eaten all my booking.com credit (I had cashback rewards accumulated). I have not received any communication about it. The card used to guarantee the booking was not mine (I believe so at least... sigh).
I have obviously signed out of all my booking.com sessions. I have also changed the password. But I would like to know what happened and to get my booking.com credit back.
How to reach booking.com, if you do not have any upcoming bookings?

    Wouldn't you just use https://secure.booking.com/help

Will need to sign in, but doesn't need a booking. Although you could use one of the ones you mentioned which aren't yours as such.

No, this doesn't get me anywhere. I get an option to chat or to call customer services and the chat is not an option because

They do and it is a very good and usually well responded to form of contact.  Why not sign up to X solely for the purpose of communicating with them?

Precisely - a pragmatic solution would be to sign up for this purpose.

Create a "burner" account for this, then.  It's probably your best bet to get a response.
