I'm currently on ESA income related WRAG and also recieve PIP so get SDP. I also do 7.5 hours a week of permitted work for a local mental health charity for which I have a permanent contract. They have asked if I would do an extra 2 hours but as a sessional worker so it would be seperate from my contract. I'm aware you can't have 2 jobs whilst doing permitted work. Would this count as 2 seperate jobs? It's the same charity and the same role just paid from a different pot of money and not part of my contract.

Ok. Thank you. I tend to overthink/worry about everything in relation to the DWP.1 -
Have the dwp come after you more frequently for doing permitted work?0

However you could do a seperate PW1 for each job, with a covering note that you are doing more than one..(PS. Legally a PW1 form is not even needed, in legislation it is called "Exempt Work" ('exempt' from affecting ESA) and there is no requirement to get the DWP's permission to do it - but I'd advise that it is best to do a PW1 anyway to double check that what work you are doing is exempt, plus it keeps the DWP happy and avoids possible questions in future).
