Thanks, I too had the same email in my spam folder.

I see they are asking for feedback & want people to leave reviews.

That could be interesting given the amount of negative feedback their web based banking seems to generate.

I played around with it for just five minutes. Once it's set up, it's a breeze. You just put in a six-digit pin to log in, so much easier than the web login.

Great, just installed it on both phone and tablet. Until this came out I had pretty much given up on Cynergy because of the 100% reliance my phone.

Is this an app for app banking or just the improved authenticator for web?

Not received any email but the updated authenticator where you enter the six digits shown on screen and it auto logs you in to the web is much easier.

It's for banking, there is a message saying not all services are yet available but can view balance, withdraw cash

Thanks for the info, SeriousHoax. I hadn't received an email (also checked Spam folder), so good job I checked out this thread. Yep, 5 minutes to set it up and it all looks great and seems to work fine. So far so good.

I just withdrew £1 to my nominated account and it was there within seconds. Cynergy sends you a six-digit verification code that you enter, and that's it. So far, I'm happy with version 1.0.0 of the app. They will build on feedback.

   New features to allow you to reorder your accounts for ease, and change your 

   PIN within app setting for enhanced security

   Bug fixes to improve your banking experience

We’re also working on new features that will be included in future releases of the app.
