We have some excellent saucepans which have given us at least 15 years daily use.
Recently the handle on the largest one became a bit loose and we noticed that it was leaking from the rivet a bit.
The saucepan has a lifetime guarantee but I don't remember ever registering it.
I contacted the company through their website to check whether we were covered by the guarantee before spending >£40 on a replacement (as I said, excellent saucepans). A few emails and some photos later and I'm being sent a replacement free of charge.
Shout out to Stellar Cookware for excellent customer service and sticking to their promise.

Despite rumours of re-opening, Woolworths haven't had a UK presence since 2015kempiejon said:I have a set of saucepans with a lifetime guarantee. Own brand, bought from WoolworthsIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
And even if it did it would be a different legal entity to the one that gave the guarantee. The name, trademarks and domain have been bought/sold a couple of times but the entity is in limbo, it was liquidated but a court order reinstated it in 2017 but nothing has ever been filed since.lincroft1710 said:
