This page sets out the Terms and Conditions applicable to the prize draw. This is a legal document which is the agreement between you (whom we refer to as “you”, “your” or “entrant”) and us. We are Invitation Digital Ltd (t/a Vouchercloud) and we are the promoter of the Football Prize Draw, which is a free prize draw. We are a company registered in England with our registered office at 1st Floor, Merchants House North, Wapping Road, Bristol, BS1 4RW (and we refer to ourselves as “Vouchercloud” “we”, “us” or “our” in this document).

1.Entry to the Prize Draws

1.1 The Football Prize Draw consists of a prize draw for each EURO 2024 game and a mega prize draw for all entrants.  To enter the Football Prize Draw you need to predict a winner of any EURO 2024 game and enter your name and a valid email address.

1.2 The prize draw runs for 1 month. It starts on Wednesday, 26th June 2024 at 00:01 (UK local time) and closes on Sunday,  14th July 2024 at 19:00 (UK local time).

2. Eligibility

2.1. Only one entry per game, per person is allowed. No third-party or bulk entries will be permitted.  

2.2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.

2.3. Vouchercloud accepts no responsibility for entries that fail to be received or delivered. Proof of submission is not proof of entry.

2.4. Vouchercloud reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may deny anybody entry at its sole discretion. Vouchercloud does not accept liability for any ineligible entries.

2.5. Vouchercloud may request any relevant information it views as reasonably necessary to verify eligibility. Failure to provide such information upon request will result in Vouchercloud denying eligibility for the prize draw.

2.6. Winners must be a resident of the UK to receive the physical prize.

3. The Prize

3.1. There are 15 gift cards and 9 physical prizes up for grabs. There are eight £50 gift cards for the round of 16 stage, four £100 gift cards for the quarter-finals, two £200 gift cards for the semi-final and one £400 gift card for the final. There are also 9 physical prizes to be won in the mega prize draw which are; a Samsung Galaxy Watch6, a £250 Viator Experience (subject to terms and conditions below), Adidas F50 Elite laceless firm ground football boots from Lovell Soccer, £200 worth of Just Eat vouchers, a £150 Ocado shop, £100 lastminute.com gift card, £250 worth of Gymshark products, £300 worth of Craghoppers products or £200 worth of Regatta products.

3.2. The prizes are non-transferrable.

3.3. The prizes are as stated and you are not entitled to obtain another product or cash alternative from us.

3.4. Should Vouchercloud be unable to provide a prize as listed it reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value.

3.5. The physical prizes can only be delivered to addresses in the UK

3.6. There are no warranties or guarantees given by Vouchercloud in relation to the prizes

4. Selecting a Winner

4.1. From the total number of eligible entrants for each prize draw who have correctly guessed the winning team, the winners will be selected at random. Only entrants who have guessed the correct team will also be entered into the mega prize draw.  The winners of the mega prize draw will also be selected at random.

4.2. Only one prize can be won per person.  If a person is selected for a subsequent prize their win will be invalidated and another draw made to pick an alternative winner.  

4.3. Vouchercloud will select and notify the valid winners by using the email address they registered for the prize draw by Wednesday, 3 July 2024 for the round of 16 stage, Monday, 8 July 2024 for the quarter-final stage, Thursday, 11 July 2024 for the semi-final stage and Monday, 15 July 2024 for the mega prize draw.

4.4 The winner will receive a link to their gift card or will be contacted to provide a delivery address for their physical prize as applicable.

5. Claiming your Prize

5.1 If a winner of a gift card does not select their gift card within 30 days of receiving the email, the winner will not be able to claim it. 

5.2 If a winner of a physical prize does not reply to the email asking for their delivery details to send their prize within 30 days of receiving the email, a new winner will be selected and selected and notified via the same process used to select and notify the initial winner.

6. Privacy

6.1. Personal data provided to Vouchercloud for the purpose of entering this prize draw will be processed in accordance with the Vouchercloud privacy statement or as otherwise set out in these terms and conditions.  We will only use personal data submitted for the purposes of selecting, contacting and announcing winners. This is to meet our contractual commitments to you in these terms and conditions and our legitimate interest in showing that a winner has been selected.

7. Other Restrictions

7.1. Vouchercloud shall be entitled to terminate or modify the prize draw or to modify these terms and conditions at any time prior to the closing date of the prize draw by publishing any such modification or termination on any Vouchercloud website.  

7.2. Failure to comply with any aspect of these terms and conditions will result in the invalidation of your entry. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Vouchercloud shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.3. Vouchercloud reserves the right to promote this prize draw on vouchercloud.com, Facebook.com, Instagram.com and Twitter.com, subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of the aforementioned websites.

7.4. Vouchercloud shall be under no obligation to run the prize draw or award prizes in the event it is unable to do so due to circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. You agree that by entering this prize draw no obligation on the part of Vouchercloud shall be attached for such events described in the preceding sentence.

7.5. Vouchercloud accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this prize draw or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize provided that Vouchercloud does not exclude or limit liability for any liability that cannot be excluded by law and nothing shall exclude Vouchercloud’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.  

7.6. For entrants who enter from England or Wales, this promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. For entrants who enter from Scotland or Northern Ireland, this promotion shall be governed by the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively and all disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively.

£250 Viator Experience Terms and Conditions

- The prize is a voucher to use on a tour/activity/experience booking on the Viator website (viator.com) with a value of £250. If there are optional extra costs to be paid in relation to the experience booked, these will be the responsibility of the winner.

- The Prize must be used in one single transaction, by 31 December 2024. The winner will need to pay a non-refundable £1 when redeeming the Prize.

- If the winner chooses to make a booking with a total value of less than £250, there will be no refund of the difference in either cash or credit.

- The winner will be required to create a Viator account, and to agree to Viator’s Customer Terms of Use and Privacy Statement, together with the applicable tour operator’s terms in making a booking using the Prize. If the booked experience is cancelled, Viator will endeavour to source an alternative of equivalent value.

- The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
