Car tax online

Searching for ways of paying vehicle tax online without incurring the 2.50 credit card charge. I am trying to determine what prepaid cards will allow me to pay. Also wondering if the PayPal business card will achieve this

The charge only applies to business credit cards.

As above, it's illegal to charge a fee for using a personal credit card.  If you don't have a credit card then just use a debit card, or direct debit.

The fact that OP considers PayPal business card, suggests this could be a business vehicle 🤷‍♂️

Whether they could tax their business car with their personal card is a separate issue 🤔
