Ebay non sale but collection agency

Hi
I thought I had sold my first item on ebay a while ago, only to be told my account had been suspended.
Therefore I never shipped the item to the buyer and never received payment.
Ebay are chasing me for the full amount and delivery charge of £103.00.
I never received phone calls, just a collection notice email from Ebay which is worrying.
What can I do as have tried calling and emailing only to be told that my account is suspended which already know.

Are you sure they are chasing for the full amount and not just the fees that would be due? They will be chasing for fees not the cost of the item unless the buyer paid in full and has not been refunded or
ebay refunded them.
Just tell debt collection the debt is disputed because you were banned mid sale so no fees were due.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
