Charter Bank and Paragon bank login issues - anyone else?

Currently can't login to either ( I assume that they use the same system) - get past the login/password stage, but entire process stalls when then entering the letters/numbers from memorable place/name/date and just returns a "server unexpectedly dropped the connection message"

I've had reason to log in to Paragon 3 times today and no issues.

Just an update - seems to be a Safari thing, working fine in Firefox.
