Royal Berkshire Hospital - didn't park, will I get a fine?

I recently visited the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading, I drove into the multi-storey car park only to find no spaces, after driving around the various levels, I gave up hope and left without stopping. Does this mean I will get a fine?

Definitely not, nobody gets a fine in a civil dispute case, magistrates issue fines, not hospitals or private companies
