Sorry, if this has already been raised, but the new N180 form seems to suggest that mediation is required, rather than being opt-in/agree to be referred. Section A is now just a statement and Section E is all about your mediation appointment.

Has anyone got a digital copy of the old form from 06/22?

So does one have to pay for mediation?0

Defendants obviously pay nothing to defend a claim. Think about it. There'd be no justice if scammers could bring random claims abd make victims pay fees along the way.bbestmann said:So does one have to pay for mediation?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
