Morning! Sunny! Nice to see you yesterday nan, hope it slows down a bit for you soon. Coxy, how lovely it went so well! Topsy, glad he's still recovering albeit slowly, hows the house move coming? dp1, poor thing, she just gets all the rough stuff, hope it stops painign her today. SO, well done for braving the walking group. Florence, hope you get some answers today. Ruby, hope you and Rob have a nice day with more weather suitable clothing
Gers, safe drive there and back! Allie, enjoy welsh Wales
Izzy, same here, I wait until the evening to open the attic door so all the hot air can be sucked out.
Not a lot planned today, got to get some bags for life for my books, it's easier to carry them in bags than boxes. I've taken about five saucepans off the shelves to donate, this is a big thing for me and my ktchenalia squirrel habits, stuck to the exact list in Costco yesterday and made some room in the FF for it, so only a bit to empty in the chest one now. Operation sensible amounts in the freezer is ongoing. And I have to fetch my catering equipment from the wekend after I have blood taken today. The litchen cabinet thing is going to need a lot of tlc, the laminate on the flap has completely been ripped and torn and wasn't until it dried a bit it started warping, so it may be a job for another week. I can still strip the paint and stuff but not until it's cooler.Take care today folks, plenty of liquids!Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi9 -

Good afternoon
Was up early to walk the dog, it was so hot even at 8am, walked with my friends I’ve made in the village where I moved to following my separation. I love it here, it feels like I’m at home. The house buying is still in progress but the survey has raised a few things and the surveyor did ask me if I knew what I was taking on. I did know with all the outside work, but inside there are reports of woodworm which is treatable and also that the roof on the main house is asbestos tiles, which he said there is no risk but if I ever sell again it
might be a problem so I’m getting some prices to try and negotiate a bit more money off then I can get it replaced. Thanks for your good wishes re ds2, he seems a bit more upbeat thankfully, I am currently in dispute with the DWP re his PIP award as he has only been awarded back to December last year when I put the new claim in after being given wrong advice the year before by DWP so I’m requesting it is backdated to 3 months following his accident. I seem to spend hours on the phone trying to sort everything out which is so annoying.
Todays plan is to do some more sorting, cook a chicken, sort the garden and to collect a shell paddling pool for the dog😂
Coxy - glad you had a wonderful time at your ds wedding. Hope the valuation is good,
SO - enjoy the walking group sound much better than being sat in a room.
Taff - good on you for releasing some of your kitchen items.
Ruby - enjoy your day, hope Rob is suitably dressed for the heat.
TA - hope Skipton is not too busy.
Gers - good luck at the dentist.
Nan - hope dad is making progress and that you and Mr fix it are managing some rest.
sorry if I missed anyone. Enjoy your day.9
