Curious, why CO-OP have no service rating on MSE. Are they rubbish? Considering a switch.

I wouldn't let you put it off switching a current account to them though, it's money for very little effort and you don't have to use them as a main account if you don't want to, just open a spare current account and switch that into Co-op to take advantage of the offer. If you really don't like them you are free to witch out again later if you wish.
For what it's worth I've switched into them twice as part of their refer-a-friend offers and currently use them for the 7% regular saver. Account opening is slow but other than that things have worked well enough for me.1 -

For future ref, they only require 10 card transactions, this does not need to be online. You can do this easily by going to a supermarket at a quiet time and running through 10 bananas or similarSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
