Hi.
I wouldn't bother you guys but I've emailed the text below to MSE. No joy. I'm stuck in a loop.

I'm having horrendous trouble logging in to my Credit Club.
It keeps telling me I've already got an account and that I should change my password.
When I do it tells me it's the wrong details and we go round and round.
HELP please
As far as I was aware I'm registered with you as (Removed by Forum Team) [Removed by Forum Team]
Should I close my account or can you close it for me and we'll start again?
Thanks

Ronstallion

Hello Ron, suggest you edit your post to remove your email address - against the rules and you are likely to attract spam or worse.
  • I’ve had exactly the same problems for over a year and no help from admins.   I don’t even try anymore and use other sites.
