There's not a hard limit of 10 transactions per month, that's just the limit before a monthly fee and transaction fees start applying.

Sorry yes, I wasn't clear on that. We already pay a monthly fee with HSBC, so there wouldn't be a benefit in swapping. Most ongoing community accounts are now introducing fees, which is unhelpful and thus the main point of the thread.
